About Me
My love for sports dates back to my younger days. Baseball was my first love as a kid. I'm pretty sure I had a toy bat and ball in my crib. Growing up I played baseball, soccer, basketball, football and threw in track and field at different points.Â
About midway through high school I realized playing sports wasn't going to last much longer for me. That was when I started my broadcasting journey.Â

After graduating from Northwood High School (Go Rangers!) I started my college education at Bowling Green State University. While there I was apart of the Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization. I got the opportunity to call several division one level contests. Including football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball and soccer. I was fortunate enough to have been 'on the mic' for several big contests. I got to call BG's win in football over Indiana, and their win in volleyball over a ranked BYU team.Â

Also during my college years I had three internships. One was with Cumulus Radio in Toledo. My other two were with Athletes in Action calling summer collegiate baseball with the Xenia Scouts (2015) and the Chugiak-Eagle River Chinooks (2016).

Shortly after that I learned of a role hosting pre and post-game shows for high school football through WBVI/WFOB in Fostoria.
That grew from a part-time role to a full-time one. I also have managed Sports, Production, Programming and News Director roles. While also doing a live coaches show during the fall and winter and as the lead play-by-play voice on WBVI. I have been able to call two high school football title games, two state level basketball games along with several state level games in volleyball and baseball.

Along with that I have spent the summers of 2025 and 2026 calling baseball for the Flag City Sluggers in Findlay.

Next spring I will start in a new role as the Public Address announcer for the Owens Community College Baseball Team.
